**Interviewer:** "How would you handle a fire alarm during your watch?" 

面试官： “值班期间遇到火警你会如何处理？”   

**Candidate:** "Immediately inform the Captain, activate emergency procedures, confirm the fire location, and assist the firefighting team with equipment."  

候选人： “立即通知船长，启动应急程序，确认火源位置，并协助消防队使用设备。

**Interviewer:** "Describe a time you resolved a conflict with a crew member." 

（面试官：“请举例说明你如何解决与船员的冲突。”   

**Candidate:** "Once a seaman misunderstood my instructions. I calmly re-explained the task and ensured clear communication to avoid future issues."  

候选人： “曾有一名水手误解我的指令，我冷静地重新解释任务，并确保沟通清晰以避免后续问题。

4. 技术设备操作

**Interviewer:** "Are you familiar with ECDIS and radar troubleshooting?" 

面试官： “你熟悉电子海图（ECDIS）和雷达故障排查吗？ 

**Candidate:** "Yes, I have experience in setting safety contours on ECDIS and resolving radar interference caused by weather conditions."  

候选人： “是的，我有设置ECDIS安全等深线的经验，并能解决天气导致的雷达干扰问题。

5. 法规与规范

**Interviewer:** "How do you ensure compliance with SOLAS during inspections?"

面试官： “你如何确保检查中符合SOLAS公约？”   

**Candidate:** "I conduct regular checks of lifeboats, fire extinguishers, and muster lists, and keep all certificates updated and accessible."  

候选人： “我会定期检查救生艇、灭火器和应变部署表，并确保所有证书更新且可随时查阅。
